1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment at SmartMove Physio (Amayannoor P.O, Kottayam), you agree to abide by the following clinical and administrative terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not utilize our booking platform.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are strongly recommended to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We completely understand that emergencies happen; however, repeated "No Shows" disrupt care for other patients. Please attempt to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Management reserves the right to restrict future online bookings for patients with multiple unnotified absences.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been confirmed. We accept UPI and cash. A formal digital receipt will be recorded and provided for every transaction for your personal medical insurance claims.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantee

Physiotherapy is an evidence-based clinical science, but human biology varies. While our clinicians provide care based on evidence-informed therapeutic protocols and professional clinical standards, specific medical outcomes or recovery timelines cannot be ethically guaranteed.

5. Clinic Conduct

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding the harassment of our reception staff or clinicians. SmartMove Physio reserves the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship and refuse service to any individual violating this code of conduct.
